What service would you like to see in your Pets grooming salon? What hours would you prefer and why?

Any services or products you'd like to see in a grooming shop?
What hours would best fit?Why?
My biggest beef about grooming salons is that they insist on giving you a "window" of time - usually 4 hours or so .... and never once during that time do they take the dog out for a quick pee. So, inevitably, just as you come to pick your dog up, they tell you to wait so that they can give it a quick wipe... because it wet itself in the cage. As if the grooming experience wasn't stressful enough for the poor dog; he then ends up shivering in his own pee until you pick him up. This is the primary reason why I stopped going to groomers and have started grooming my pets regularly myself.
As for additional services, well, I've noticed that many of the groomers where I live don't know how to express the anal glands.
As for hours, well, since most dog owners have to work during the week, Saturday & Sunday hours are a great help.
